Ole Rollag founded matchmaking firm Murano in 2011, a spin-off from Perfecta Partners, a ‘think tank’ style management-consulting firm that focuses on building businesses in the asset management industry.

Ole was previously a Fund Manager at Nordea, specialising in derivative-based arbitrage strategies, and became Head of Alternative Products prior to leaving the firm in 2008 in order to set up a long volatility fund. Having started his career at the Chicago Board of Trade in 1996, Ole has over 25-years experience in both trading and the fund management industry. Previously, he worked at Societe Generale as a Fixed Income Fund Manager, concentrating in complex fixed-income and equity derivatives, and at Carr Futures on the systematic futures desk. Ole has an MBA from HEC Paris.
