Jake is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Assurance practice based out of the Braintree office. Jake is an experienced professional with over 13 years of experience focused on financial services, life sciences and technology industries.

Jake is a CPA, providing a wide variety of accounting, audit, and consulting services to public and private clients in a number of specialized industries, including financial services, registered advisers and funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, technology and life sciences. Jake has experience working on audits of both public and privately held clients, overseeing all facets of audit and advisory engagements including planning, execution and deliverables. He specializes in audits, reviews, compilations, and consultation on general accounting, business strategy, operations, budgeting and forecasts, regulatory and internal controls.

Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Jake held senior positions in the assurance practice at PwC and BDO focused on the asset management, technology, and life sciences sectors and was a Vice President at State Street Corporation focused on financial reporting of registered and private fund products.
