Deirdre Brennan is a digital media consultant with extensive experience in publishing, communications, public relations, and the non-profit sector.

Deirdre is Founder and Partner of communications firm Hillgate Media. Prior to that, she served as the CEO of the London-based Catholic Herald.

With a strong background in financial journalism and publishing, Deirdre founded and ran hedge fund news site FINalternatives, which she successfully sold in 2015. Additionally, she has held roles as Communications Director and UK Regional Chapter Director at the Hedge Fund Association, and was a Partner at The Alpha Pages, a media company focused on alternative investments.

Deirdre holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Bachelors in English and Journalism from Pepperdine University.
